There are currently two types of Exo suits that you can find in the garage - MKIV Genesis and Starter suits. These will have different cosmetics and performance profiles.
These suits are available to everyone who plays ExoGP - they have a basic color scheme but have no team affiliations.
Each player starts with the yellow (balance) Exo suit. As you play ExoGP and level up, you’ll earn additional equipment that can be used to configure a full red (speed) starter suit and a full blue (control) starter suit. Every Atmosian starts somewhere. These suits run slower than the Genesis suits but have extra reinforcement so they can take additional damage.
These suits have team affiliations and will typically have slightly better stats than the Starter suits. These bias towards top speed, maneuverability, or a balance of speed and maneuverability.
There are currently 5 team affiliations in ExoGP: Sacred Waste, Jotun, United Miners of Atmos, Vulkansson, and Chosen.

Under Equipment, you can individually select the different parts of your Exo suit to swap parts with other suits in your garage. Select the equipment, then click on the different suit pieces to customize your suit. You can see how the stats change on the bottom right of your screen.
